This is the evaluative version of Atlas, an AI powered automated 3D segmentation application from Formus Labs.
Creating Cases
To create a new Atlas Case, enter a case code in the form, select your DICOM files, and click ‘Start Case’.
The evaluative version works with segmenting Hip joints from DICOM CT Scan files.
Please refer to the CT Protocol & Case Output Guide for more information.
Case processing
Created Cases will appear in the list to the right of / below the form. Once processed, it will update to
display a ‘Download your files’ link – click that link to download the output.
Atlas output
Your download will be a zip file, containing 3D models, and (in most Cases) CSV files for landmarks and measurements.
